Day 23 of 52
Coming close to the halfway mark on this challenge and I'm feeling good! :) I'll be doing a big push on all my numbers to try and get all my goals to at least 50% by Day 26. This means lots of lifting and pushups! I've done well with the eating and the weight came off fast, now it is sitting in the same spot. It should be going back down in the next few weeks.

Day 20 of 52
One heck of a work week and a much needed 3 day weekend later, I'm finally able to get some time to post up again.
I've been doing really well with my CE and CT, but my RT and pushups need some attention. Lost another quarter inch from the waist. The weight has been steady now, but I'm seeing a difference in the way my shirts and pants fit already.
I've got 2 RTs planned for this week already, and I'll be trying something new with the pushups!

Day 14 of 52
I've gotten in a pretty good routine now for the CE's, so I'll be able to make my goal easily. With racquetball and hockey I'm able to do my CT's easily as well. I now need to focus on more RT and my pushup goal.

Day 13 of 52
Back to a full day of CE! No workout planned today since I've got plans for Tuesday and Wednesday. Been working on trying to get more sleep. Got 7 hours, and woke up groggy. I usually feel that way when I get more than 6 hours of sleep. Time to buckle down and not miss any more CEs and get cracking on my pushups.

Today was a huge rest day for me. The spin class from yesterday has left me so sore, I decided to stretch and not workout. I've got a busy week coming up, hoping to stick with the CEs and get a few workouts in.

Day 11 of 52
Saturday I tried a spin class for the first time. I went to the gym in the morning just to lift, but when my wife saw the class was starting right when we got there, we tried it. It was definitely a great workout and something I would do again in the future. I had a few too many drinks to kill my clean eat at night.

Day 9 of 52
I'm not as sore as I was expecting to be from my arms/chest workout! It was a close call on the CEs, I was barely under my calorie limit. Felt good to rest the body for a day, looking forward to getting back into it. I'll definitely get a good CT at my hockey game tonight.

Day 7 of 52
Completed another day of clean eating! I had a really good cardio session, even though it took me 30 minutes to warm up and loosen up my legs from Sunday night's workout. I was determined to catch up on my push up personal goal, so I knocked out 32 today! I'm gonna feel it in the morning.
It has been a week since this 52 day challenge started and I'm finally starting to settle into the challenge mode. I've focused a ton more on getting my CEs done. When I started I decided that I was only going to weight and measure myself for my personal goals once a week, well that time is here and it's looking good so far. I've lost 1.6 pounds but no inches off the waist yet. Plenty of time to get that done.
