One heck of a work week and a much needed 3 day weekend later, I'm finally able to get some time to post up again.
I've been doing really well with my CE and CT, but my RT and pushups need some attention. Lost another quarter inch from the waist. The weight has been steady now, but I'm seeing a difference in the way my shirts and pants fit already.
I've got 2 RTs planned for this week already, and I'll be trying something new with the pushups!
Clean Eats (CE): 29/40/80
Resistance Training (RT): 4/15
Cardio Training (CT): 8/10
Personal Goal 1 - Lose 8 lbs (PG1): 5/8
Personal Goal 2 - Lose 2 inches from waist (PG2): 0.50/2
Personal Goal 3 - Do 800 pushups (PG3): 194/800
