Day 5 of 52

I was finally able to fit in a Resistance and Cardio workout. I ate clean in the morning but ate out for dinner. I should be able to do a good workout schedule now that I'm finally getting started. Now I just need to work on the Clean Eats.

Clean Eats (CE): 2/10/80
Resistance Training (RT): 1/15
Cardio Training (CT): 2/10
Personal Goal 1 - Lose 8 lbs (PG1): 0/8
Personal Goal 2 - Lose 2 inches from waist (PG2): 0/2
Personal Goal 3 - Do 800 pushups (PG3): 26/800
