Eating clean has turned out to be more of a challenge than I thought! I've finally got a meal plan all worked out so my CE numbers should be getting better. This week I've got plans to improve my RT and CT numbers as well. I'll update PG1 and PG2 when I take measurements on Wednesdays.

Personal Goal 1 - Lose 8 lbs (PG1): 0/8
Personal Goal 2 - Lose 2 inches from waist (PG2): 0/2
Personal Goal 3 - Do 800 pushups (PG3): 21/800
